At Senior Care Connection we know that searching for the appropriate housing or care for yourself or a loved one can be an emotional and time consuming process. But you don't have to do this all alone. We can assist you step by step to find the most suitable housing or care for your individual needs.

VA Pension benefits with Aid and Attendance

This program was designed to help Veterans and surviving spouses receive the financial support that is necessary to ensure on-going care. Residents receiving care in assisted living communities may qualify for this program. Must have 90 days in active duty with at least one day during war time. Medical diagnosis must be such that require regular assistance and care. Assets must be less than $80,000 excluding personal residence, car or other assets used on a regular basis.   • Thorough: Follow up visits and calls for thirty days  to facilitate the transition. We can continue to act as a liaison after the initial thirty days, to families at a distance, monitoring care and coordinating additional services, making sure things are going well. This service will be provided by one of our  geriatric care mangers for a reasonable fee (sliding scale). 
  • Value: Our placement services are free to you; in fact, with our knowledge of the industry, we can  help you negotiate the best options available within your budget.
